The Women's Grievance Cell is established to ensure safety and security in the working and studying environment for women at Nirmala College of Pharmacy. All female students, faculty, and staff are members of the Women's Cell.
Every citizen, male and female, enjoys the right to education and employment in a safe and secure environment. The Constitution of India guarantees gender equality and the right to life and liberty under Articles 14, 19, and 21. It is the duty of every organization to uphold these fundamental rights.
Violations of these rights sometimes occur, necessitating safeguards for gender equality. Working women often face unique challenges, requiring protective measures to safeguard their rights and safety. Accordingly, the Women's Grievance Cell has been established at Nirmala College of Pharmacy.
Utmost care is taken to handle issues sensitively while protecting the confidentiality and dignity of all individuals involved.
The Women's Grievance Redressal Cell is dedicated to promoting equality, safety, and empowerment for the entire college community.
