National Pharmacy Week (NPW) is celebrated annually in India during the third week of November to emphasize the important role of pharmacists in healthcare and to raise public awareness about the safe and rational use of medicines.
In 2023, Nirmala College of Pharmacy celebrated the 62nd National Pharmacy Week with the theme “Join Pharmacists to Ensure Patient Safety”. The week-long celebrations featured various activities to educate students, faculty, and the community on patient safety and the contributions of pharmacists.
