Participation and presentation in seminars, workshops, and conferences provide students with opportunities to develop communication and presentation skills, contributing to their overall growth as pharmacy professionals. Students are actively encouraged to attend national and international events related to pharmacy.
Our students have consistently participated in academic and scientific events organized by various institutions, universities, and governing bodies, earning prizes, awards, and proficiency certificates for their research and review paper presentations.
Key Achievements
- 2013: About 40 students participated in a two-day UGC-sponsored national conference at University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, presenting 22 papers and winning two first prizes (J. Santhi Priya and P. Anusha).
- Faculty members Mr. Joshi Anand and Mr. Sudhir attended a workshop on “Effective Methods of Teaching for Nursing/Pharma Faculty” at Osmania University.
- M.Pharmacy students presented 6 research papers at the 2012 IPC, SRM University, Chennai.
- 25 students participated in a state-level Pharma Fest at Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, winning 1st prize in Best Photography (Mr. Abutalath) and Pharma Quiz (Mr. Kalyan Kumar & Mr. Hemanth Kumar).
- 10 M.Pharm (Analysis) students attended a workshop on analytical equipment at Chalapati Institute of Pharmacy, Guntur.
- Eight M.Pharm students presented papers at the Indo-SriLankan International Conference; Mr. Ganesh Manohar won Best Poster Award.
- Won 3 prizes at a national seminar at Anurag College of Pharmacy, Kodad.
- 12 students attended a workshop at Sri Vishnu College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram.
- Won 6 prizes in presentations and sports at SIMS College of Pharmacy, Guntur (Throwball, Cricket, Volleyball).
- Three prizes won in a seminar at Victoria College of Pharmacy, Guntur (Santhi Priya, P. Babu, T. Somireddy).
