The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Nirmala College of Pharmacy plays a pivotal role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education, research, and overall institutional performance. Established to promote a culture of continuous improvement, the IQAC monitors academic and administrative processes, facilitates faculty development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards set by AICTE, PCI, and affiliating university guidelines.

The cell coordinates internal assessments, feedback mechanisms, and quality initiatives to foster excellence in teaching-learning, research, and extension activities.

• Faculty development as per current requirements.
• Motivating students in curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, and scholastic approaches.

• Organizing monthly teachers' meetings for curricula and co-curricular progress.
