The Library and Information Centre of Nirmala College of Pharmacy is one of the well-established pharmacy college libraries in the state. It was established in 2004 its diverse collection, modern facilities, and student-friendly infrastructure, the Library and Information Centre continues to play a vital role in enriching the teaching, learning, and research ecosystem of the college. Spread over 210.3 sq. m, the library provides a healthy, comfortable, and learner-friendly environment. At present, it houses a rich collection of 11,270 volumes and 1,803 titles covering various branches of the pharmacy profession. The collection includes abstracts, yearbooks, textbooks, theses and dissertations, competitive exam books, encyclopedias, general books, and novels, supporting both academic excellence and holistic development.
The library also subscribes to a wide range of periodicals, including national and international journals, 1,555 back volumes (hard copies), and 32 general magazines. These resources help students and faculty stay updated with the latest research developments and trends in pharmaceutical sciences.
